After a day on the mountain, relax in the outdoor hot tub with mountain views, or settle in with the smart TV. Ski and boot storage with heated boot warmers is included, and private parking is available if you’re driving.
Just a 3-minute walk from the free ski bus stop (Super Morzine & Pleney lifts). Morzine centre is around 25 minutes on foot. The chalet occupies the two upper floors of the building with its own private outdoor space and hot tub; a separate apartment sits on the lower level.

Availability
Chalet Prices : Chalet Rosalie is self catered. Prices are self catered. Summer Prices are per Property for the agreed number of nights. The maximum capacity is 10 people, including children. Catering may be possible during winter, please contact us directly with your request.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 15.00 on arrival and Check Out is at 10am on your final day.
To Book : We require a deposit of 25% per property to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your checkin day. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via bank transfer or Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Damage Deposits : For self catered bookings we will take a €400 deposit by bank transfer before your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our properties. Please refer to our terms & conditions for further information.
