Chalet Prices : Winter displayed prices are for catered bookings. Summer prices are self catered. Summer Self Catered Prices are per Property for the agreed number of nights. The maximum capacity is 11 people, including children. Self catering may be possible during winter, please contact us directly with your request.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 15.00 on arrival and Check Out is at 10am on your final day.
To Book : We require a deposit of 25% per property to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your checkin day. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via bank transfer or Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Damage Deposits : For self catered bookings we will take a €400 deposit by bank transfer before your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our properties. Please refer to our terms & conditions for further information.
