How much is the booking deposit?
The deposit to secure your booking is 25% (non-refundable) and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
What are the checkin/checkout times?
Checkin is from 15.00 on your day of arrival. Checkout is latest 10.00 on your day of departure.
Are there staff in resort?
Our office is based in Morzine, so we are not far away if we are needed.
Do you take a damage deposit?
Yes, we take a €400 damage deposit. This is returned after you have left, and the chalet has been checked. Damage, Failure to checkout on time or excessive cleaning will incur a charge that will be deducted from this deposit.
Do you offer airport transfers?
